This document governs the terms of use of the license granted for the "Evolutionary Visualization" audio, created by Alessio Fiorucci.

1. Purpose
By purchasing or being granted access by Alessio Fiorucci, the user receives a personal and non-transferable license to listen to the "Evolutionary Visualization" audio for a duration of 24 months (2 years) starting from the activation date.

2. Limitations and Usage License
The license is granted for individual use only. The following are strictly prohibited:

sharing the audio with third parties;

providing third parties with access links or personal login credentials;

transmitting, publishing, or distributing the audio or parts of it in any form;

using the audio for commercial or unauthorized therapeutic purposes.
All rights are reserved by Alessio Fiorucci. The "Evolutionary Visualization" method is protected as intellectual property. Any misuse will be legally prosecuted.

3. Access Monitoring
To protect intellectual property, access to the platform is monitored using IP tracking software. Any access from multiple or simultaneous devices, locations, or IP addresses will be tracked. In the event of abnormal use, sharing, or contract violation, the license will be immediately revoked and legal action will be taken, including claims for damages.

4. Responsibility
The audio is not intended for therapeutic purposes. It is a guided visualization and meditation tool designed for motivation and personal growth. Alessio Fiorucci is not a psychologist and assumes no responsibility for improper use, side effects, or unrealistic expectations.
It is not a substitute for psychological, psychotherapeutic, or medical treatment of any kind.

5. Refund Policy
No refunds are available. Once the license is purchased or activated, the user fully accepts these terms and conditions.
The content is considered “used” even after just one listen.

6. Usage Guidelines
The audio is designed to be listened to daily, preferably before a training session, competition, or important moment, in a quiet and personal environment.
